Yosemite Destination Wedding
Lauren + Robert
Traveling with Lauren and Robert to Yosemite was a dream! It was so much fun joining them on an adventure through some of the most beautiful locations throughout Yosemite National Park. We did three photo sessions while we were in Yosemite.
Can this be any more perfect? Our first session was in the field at dusk where we encountered a family of deer.
The brave couple finished off the first session, barefoot in some freezing cold water. Here is a steamy photograph of the two of them.
Our second photo session was at night. Lauren and Robert went to dinner at the Majestic Yosemite Lodge and ate a fabulous meal. We meet at 9:30 when there was no more ambient light.
We found a secluded field in Yosemite Valley with no ambient light and I took a few night photos of the two of them snuggling
Our Third session was a sunrise photo session at Glacier Point
Pro tip:
The drive to Yosemite Valley to Glacier Point is one hour. Since sunrise was at 6:00 am we had to leave the valley at 4:45am! Yikes, It can be very cold at the top before the sun comes out.
