Thirteenth Annual Best of Weddings Awards Honor Top Wedding Vendors Across America

Honolulu, Hawaii January 14, 2019—Sky and Reef Photography is pleased to announce that we have been selected as a 2019 ­­winner of The Knot Best of Weddings awards, an accolade representing the highest- and most-rated wedding professionals as reviewed by real couples, their families and wedding guests on The Knot, a leading wedding planning brand and app.

In 2019, only four percent of hundreds of thousands of local wedding professionals listed on The Knot received this distinguished award. In its thirteenth annual year, The Knot continues its longstanding tradition of supporting local wedding vendors with The Knot Best of Weddings 2019, an annual by-couples, for-couples guide to the top wedding professionals across the country. To determine the winners, The Knot analyzed its millions of user reviews across various vendor categories, including venues, musicians, florists, photographers, caterers and more, to find the best and most rated vendors of the year. These winners represent the best of the best wedding professionals that a couple should consider booking for their own unique wedding.

I can’t compliment Tara enough, she is an amazing photographer! She did my engagement and wedding, and both came out excellent! My husband and I had never done any type of professional photo shoot before so we were pretty nervous, but Tara made the engagement shoot so much fun and casual that we were very much at ease and had a great time. As for the wedding, Tara has an exceptional eye for different angles and knew how to get some really fantastic shots. She captured the mood of our special day perfectly. She was very professional but also very easy-going; a joy to work with! I had no issues at all, and she was always quick to reply to any questions I had, via email or text. From the first email response I received from Tara, to the beautiful photos from our wedding day – Tara was a true joy to work with! She was friendly, outgoing and creative in leading up to our big day and on the day itself she made myself, my husband and all our friends and family feel comfortable which in turn brought out everyone’s best side! My husband is a former model so I was worried that next to him I would not be able to “shine” as I have no idea how to pose like him! But with Tara’s photo skills I looked every bit the blushing bride in all our photos! I could not be happier!! I also have to point out that Tara did a wonderful job following all the very specific guidelines from our venue (Wayfarers Chapel – they are very strict on photography) and the directions from our wedding director on the day itself!
